First Junker Of The Year

DRUM ROLL!!! 

It’s time for the junker. 

You’re probably like what’s the junker? A junker is someone’s vehicle that belongs to either an East High School or a teacher. This vehicle appears as old, run-down or vintage. 

This week’s junker is Ian Froelich’s two-seater. Yup you read it right. Ian, one of our GB East seniors who runs cross country and also ran for Homecoming Court King, has a two-seater truck from the year of 1999. Yup, from before the 21st century. This is likely older than your older sister or brother.  

Ian says that when you’re riding with him you must party like it’s 1999. You probably wonder if it can even play music. Well it does, it’s so old that it has a CD player, when was the last time you saw a CD player in a car or anywhere for matter of fact. 

He also can actually listen to AM and FM radio channels. It has an AUX button but no port. I don’t know what an Aux button does but it’s square, gray and it says AUX, standard. I guess I was hoping for more because it’s from 1999.
